Implants are an excellent answer for the replacement of missing teeth. It is important to have enough bone in the area of the missing tooth to attach to the implants. Implants can replace not only one tooth, but, can also meet the needs of someone missing most, if not all, of their teeth. Implants are increasingly being used to replace certain types of bridges and removable partial dentures.
Bone can be grafted to a site if enough bone isn’t already there. The aesthetics that result are impressive.
